The explosion will cause any Grenades in its area of effect to also explode." is what Explosive shot describe, "Explosion is triggered on enemies that are fully broken" is the description on armour explosion support. Stop trusting AI without any verification by yourself.

My verification is testing it in game and seeing it triggers the explosion. This is also backed up by their current patch notes which reads the following:

Thunderous Leap's description no longer inaccurately mentions that it only detonates spear skills. As with any detonator skill, it detonates anything that is capable of being detonated.


Explosive shot will trigger on anything that it can trigger, which includes Broken armour. I am trusting my own eyes, not just an AI, its a tool that can be utilised, trying doing the same with reading before posting a snappy inaccurate comment.
