On January 14th, I asked in this thread whether this issue was a feature or a bug.

There has been no response from GGG, and the official announcement concerns Poe1. This past week, unable to give up, I've been running Temple or trying other farms. The Sacrificial Chamber still hasn't appeared.

What steps could I have taken to get GGG to respond? Without a response, it's difficult to decide what action to take next.

4 days of work. Only one castle. The boss is only killable half the time. Increased drop rates for everything, including the boss!

Same!, even if you don't believe me GGG, look at the logs I've run +200 times in hopes of finding a single room with a 100% game bug

It is definitely extremely rare. I found one 3-4 days ago but that was the only one I've found since then. Maybe it is bugged but I think it's just very rare.

I did notice that the currency they drop is now the 4th most expensive currency item on the market according to poe.ninja. The reason I mention this is because fracturing orb drops were bugged for weeks, and that was the reason they shot up in price so much. So perhaps it is correlated? Going purely by feel however, the sacrificial room currency is by itself a very useful currency so just because it is expensive now doesn't necessarily mean the room that drops it is bugged.

I used Hall of Offerings to sacrifice Hall of Offerings itself.
As a result, I received two Sacrifice Rooms.

After this happened:
• Hall of Offerings disappeared from my room pool/sequence (as expected after being consumed)
• However, the Sacrifice Rooms remain active
• Since then, no new Altar of Sacrifice rooms have appeared at all

I have refreshed approximately 200 rooms, and not a single new Altar of Sacrifice has shown up.
