All characters stuck on loading screen [AU Issue] [Updated]

Playing on xbox and getting stuck after character select.
Changed portals, cleared xbox cache and various other work arounds but still can't get past character select |

ipconfig/flushdns
fixed it for me. i suspect resetting your router might help too (didn't try that). google 'how to fix dns issues' and get the background if you're unsure. hope this helps |
