Game won’t load anything even after reinstalling

I’m on ps5 and all of a sudden the game crashed and now I can not load any current characters or create a new one. I have tried all of the fixes and yet nothing works. I just spent over $100 dollars and now can’t play. Refund or fix please.

I had this exact same issue roughly 5hrs ago. I was doing a temple with a few randoms and then suddenly froze however I was still able to access my map and options controls. I then got kicked to the home screen and couldn't load into any characters and would be stuck on a forever ending loading screen. I've tried restarting my PS5 and deleting and re-downloading the game with no fix.

Same here. Just have the grinding gears spinning and spinning and spinning.....

Same... In abysmal depths crashed PS5 hasn't worked since.. Tried PC account stuck in loading screen too all characters.. Ps5 Tried Reinstalling, Safe Mode Ps5 Rebuilt data, software & HD, even Validated steam files on PC Downloaded 124.54g from GGG still no go even tried Co-op PS5... So we F#$@k'd until patched

when do I get my money back?
So how do I get my money back for cosmetics that I can’t even access

I guess it’s time to get our lawyers together for a class action

I loved your game but as you have taken my money for cosmetics then blocked access to my account I have only one avenue to take, and that is to seek compensation for your obvious theft.

The one season I decide to grind. What a surprise that when an issue comes up, GGG has nothing to say but look at what the streamers are getting, that can be you as well if you quit your job and play Poe all day.
