Game won’t load anything even after reinstalling

I can't speak for PS5 but on PC when you uninstall a game it often leaves the configuration files intact. So if those are corrupted then a reinstall probably won't do anything. It may also leave files in place in the Windows Appdata folders. If something got corrupted you'd have to manually delete these files. Sadly I don't know how any of this works on the consoles such as the PS5, but on PC you can find additional Path of Exile-related files at:

C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2
(Config files)

and

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2
(Minimap data, Vulkan and DirectX cache)

The AppData folder does not show up in Windows by default, but you can go there by either typing out the directory in the toolbar, or by typing this in it:

%appdata%

That will take you there as well.

Same... In abysmal depths crashed PS5 hasn't worked since.. Tried PC account stuck in loading screen too all characters.. Ps5 Tried Reinstalling, Safe Mode Ps5 Rebuilt data, software & HD, even Validated steam files on PC Downloaded 124.54g from GGG still no go even tried Co-op PS5... So we F#$@k'd until patched

Same here with me on PS5 i.e tried all that and nothing about 14-15hrs later. 160hrs in on that Character and it's my first play so not a great impression.

I sent an email to support, they sent me here to get ignored apparently.

If your character is stuck in an area, you can press ctrl enter on the character select screen to respawn in town/hideout.

So when you guys say patched do you mean the game being patched in general or a proper fix for this specific bug?
