Hello, im going very well with this build, but i have a problem, i need dex to use the cloak of defiance, and the green gems, but i don't see you with anything with dex, how can i solved that?

and Agility node in skill tree solve the dex problem :)

I don't see Enki advicing to play this anywhere in his guide, even in the watcher's eye priority.

Is it shit? I mean does damage have to be on HPs, or does the damage we take as mana apply to this mod?

It's the least reliable source of mana imo, as it requires you to take damage and so much of the game is also dodging incoming damage. The increased mana recovery rate while affected by clarity is not that much more expensive on a watcher's eye. So it's better to just get that one.

Can someone look at my character? Expert opinion has always been helpful. I think that I don't have enough health, but My mana pool seems enough. I don't know what should I do about gears. If you guys don't mind, can u give recommend?

Yes, Your gear is pretty good. How much hp do you have? Last league I felt I was fine with 3.4k hp with healthy mind, but managed to build it up to 3.6k. I had about 11k unreserved mana and 50% MoM effect. So you could use that as comparisons.

I'd mainly suggest get a shield with recover mana on block. Ideally it would have max life, mana, spell damage, recover mana on block and recover life on block, but that's probably pretty hard to make now with the harvest changes.

And use some divine orbs on your watcher's eye (unless you still want to go for an upgrade on it with 2 clarity mods) to get like at least 5%mana, life and 9% MoM effect.

Check out the medium cluster jewel Enki mentions as well. And you should be able to find better boots, since these have no mana.

But these are kinda expensive, and probably harder to finalize with the harvest changes.
