Anyone know the comparisons between blazing savo and lightning traps? This build definitely seems more middle of the ground to me.

I am matching the damage of 3.15 basically. Tempest shield mana reserved now. Few %short of capping block chance (spell block is capped). Better ES regen.
Shield should be easier to craft given that you do not need spell block on it anymore. So no reason to think much changed. |

" Assuming this is still viable, which we're waiting to hear from OP on, it will get you a great start into Delve, but isn't a deep delving build as those are typically ZHP (zero HP) and much more expensive to progress past what used to be depth 1200 but should be even lower now. I plan to use it to either transition into Delving myself through a ZHP miner, but if assassin is no longer viable I'll reroll Deadeye. OP wsup son?! |

I made a POB for leaguestart (life-based, level 75, basically before you got any currency to spend, so 5-15 hours in the leaguestart depending how fast you are).
https://pastebin.com/tCJAP2tg (3.16 Leaguestart tree, other ones are the ones from build author). There are some interesting choices with the new masteries though. I took Arcane Sanctuary for the mastery which gives you immune to chill/freeze while casting. Will be interesting if this already is sufficient against freeze. If you take the stun nodes on the Tolerance cluster as well you can get stun immune (for the LL version) there without taking presence of chayula, which should make the LL transition easier since you can still use your amulet slot as you want to. Got some increased effect of non-damaging ailments (shock) on various masteries etc. However: Not all stuff will be mapped out beforehand and we basically have to see how stuff will play out. So much changes. Nice to see however. Edit: Got a new POB Link. First tree had the Lucky lightning damage. I thought it made Crit lucky, which is not true. It is not good for this build because it only rolls non crit damage twice, and does not make crits more likely (which i thought at first). Got 80% more crit now, you can change it for 60% Shock later on. Edit2: Only changed the tree for a life-based leaguestart (lvl 75 so early maps). So you will not have the gear in the POB (this is the one from build author for a LL version).
