Yeah, GGG should cap max dps to something like lvl x 10.000
See GGG can keep on adding conditions and cooldowns to skills and people will still find ways to do this. I know everyone has different opinions on how the gameplay should be that's fine, but now they'll be working out how to add more restrictions and conditions to these builds which will screw alot of other more "ethical" builds in the process. You might be enjoying it until one day your build is destroyed by a stray nerf, another casualty in a war between the zoomers and the Devs. As the Devs add new weapons and ascendencies the zoomers find news ways to break them and more restrictions are added. One day the populace beaten and demoralised turns to emperor Jonathan and begs for it to end, a small child holds the body of his nerfed frozen mandible spectre weeping. Jonathan looks to him his guilt almost breaks him, but he holds steadfast he knows the zoomers must not win, the vision must be completed. "THREE ENDURANCE CHARGES TO SUMMON ANCESTRAL TOTEMS" he announces to the crowd, his subjects beg for mercy as he turns and walks away, he closes his heart to their suffering, he knows that when 0.4 arrives he will have more bad news.
The real problem is if you dont play like this you have a miserable time dealing with mobs with bullshit mods on them and get overwhelmed with mass spawns.
you either screen clear or get smashed and GGG HAS NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE A GAME NOT 100% BLAST AWAY

when they create mobs and put speed buffs on them with hinder auras you know they dont have a clue how to make actual challenging content

all they no is POE1 and we dont have the build power in POE2 to do anything but play the top meta builds or suffer.

Very good point, I also think that was most likely the case.... and a big part of the reason why things are turning rapidly towards PoE1 style gameplay.

They didn't quite seem to have figured out how to make the combat fun, neither did the PoE1 player base know (and a lot of them didn't really care for it either).

Combine all of that with numerous other grievances and it probably just made more sense to them to just give up trying.

Which is completely the wrong direction to take if you ask me... instantly giving up the moment you encounter a bit of resistance is the worst thing you can do when you're trying to reach your goals.

Its a problem that a subset of builds with super high investment can trivialize the content after playing and farming for hundreds of hours?
I dont understand why thats a problem, shouldnt you be allowed to reach that at some point?

Now lets watch a video of the other 99% of the playerbase doing those bosses.

You're both free to prove me wrong, with video evidence, that that's not the case for you and that you experience engaging combat and boss fights that last for more then 5-10 seconds.

You need video evidence to believe that the majority of the playerbase dont kill end bosses in 5-10 seconds?

The majority of the playerbase havent finished the campaign.

I have an insanely good gear and I dont kill the bosses in 10 secs
